LMC Consulting Group was founded in 2005 with the objective of offering the discipline and effectiveness of a major global consulting firm with the efficiency of a boutique. In combination with its sister firm Consilium Group LLC, LMC provides services to the High Tech and healthcare industries. We pride ourselves on delivering practical, implementable results that bring value to the bottom line of our clients. Our consultants have on average more than 15-years of experience with top tier global management consulting firms or relevant industry experience.

OUR TEAM
Brian McMullen: Brian has over 30 years of experience improving operations, implementing information systems and defining internal controls. He led the Deloitte & Touche's Pacific Northwest consulting practice for High Tech and manufacturing industries. He has served clients in a variety of industries in both the public and private sectors, including software, telecommunications, professional services, distribution, manufacturing and financial services.
Peter LaFleur: Peter also has 30 years of experience providing consulting services to middle market and Fortune 500 companies. In 2001, he founded the Consilium Group, a Seattle based strategy and performance improvement consulting firm which focuses primarily on healthcare and technology organizations. Prior to 2001, Peter spent 12 years with Deloitte & Touche where he led the Pacific Northwest management consulting practice for the services industries.
