Peter LaFleur: Peter has 28 years of experience providing consulting services to middle market and Fortune 500 companies. In 2001, he founded the Consilium Group, a Seattle based strategy and performance improvement consulting firm which focuses primarily on healthcare and technology organizations. Prior to 2001, Peter spent 12 years with Deloitte & Touche where he led the Pacific Northwest management consulting practice for the services industries.
