We make ideas happen.

We work with our clients to design and implement practical solutions to their most complex issues

ABOUT US

LMC Consulting Group was founded in 2005 with the objective of offering the discipline and effectiveness of a major global consulting firm with the efficiency of a boutique. In combination with its sister firm Consilium Group LLC, LMC provides services to the High Tech and healthcare industries.  We pride ourselves on delivering practical, implementable results that bring value to the bottom line of our clients. Our consultants have on average more than 15-years of experience with top tier global management consulting firms or relevant industry experience.

At LMC our success is driven by our values

  • Deliver practical, implementable solutions

  • Focus on "benefits" before "concerns"

  • Use the 80/20 rule for design and plan for refinements during implementation

  • Work on client's "red" issues  - the ones they are losing sleep over

  • Lead from behind and make our clients look like superstars

  • Care more about the client's problem than they do

  • Be tenacious, yet polite

  • Be gracious

  • Be a facilitator and driver of change

  • Be prepared

  • Be slow to commit, but quick to deliver

  • Create a family friendly environment

  • Keep things simple and minimize the overhead

  • Hire great consultants who are:

    • Diverse

    • Technically curious

    • Demonstrate a proven track record of success

    • Excellent communicators

  • Have fun

SERVICES

STRATEGY

There is no shortage of good ideas and great strategic plans. The ability to execute is what defines the winners. We take our clients through a very disciplined approach, yet focus on creating well understood, implementable plans.

PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT

The transformation from good to great requires focus. Our job is to help define that focus and execute to the finish line.

FINANCIAL ANALYSIS & BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE

Financial analysis and business intelligence is all about turning data and information into knowledge, and knowledge into results.

TRANSACTION ADVISORY

We help to make transactions occur where all parties understand the business case and terms, in a transparent fashion, that develops a critical ingredient for success: trust.

PHYSICAL SECURITY

Protecting the assets and intellectual property of a firm is critically important in the global economy where competitors and others constantly attempt to exploit weaknesses.
